FLINT MOUNTAIN TO TAKE ON CEFN ALBION IN PRESIDENTS CUP FINAL.

Flint Mountain claimed their place in the Queensferry Sports Cup Final after their semi final win at Aston FC.

Goals from Gareth Hughes (2), Danny Griffiths and Kieran Moore secured a 4-1 win for the visitors while Tom Jones scored for Aston. Cefn Albion also progressed to the final after defeating Aston Park Rangers 4-0, Alex Williams (2), Nick Jones and Nathan Williams scoring for the league leaders, the final will take place on Wednesday 1st April at Buckley Town FC, k/o 7.30.
In the league Halkyn Utd Res and Sychdyn fought out a 0-0 draw while Acton defeated Castle Park 2-1, Adam Smith opened the scoring for the home side only for Joe Jones to level the scores just before half time. Dwayne Jones struck with five minutes to go to secure the points for the home side.
Connahs Quay Tigers edged the game at home to Deeside Phoenix, 1-0, thanks to a Jack Sullivan goal.
