In the Horace Wynne Cup Connahs Quay Tigers knocked out Aston Park Rangers, Karl Lloyd put Rangers ahead only for Tigers to hit back through Scott Ellis and Andy Speed to progress to the semi final stage, the day's other scheduled game, Flint Mountain v Sychdyn, was called off because Sychdyn could not raise a team. Mountain are awarded the tie.
